It will incorporate the stillness of asanas before moving into the Vinyasa flow phase. Try this free meditation class if you are looking for a way to clear your mind. If you’ve been feeling stressed out but can’t seem to get rid of that feeling, this is the place for you. At XENXEN® we know stress is a part of life but we also understand there are ways of working through it. If you are looking for a way to work through the stresses of daily life, we invite you to join us in our 1 hour meditation. Running late? No problem! The doors will stay open the entire hour for you to quietly walk in. There will not be an instructor guiding this class, you are free to relax and unwind on your own for the any part of the hour.
HOT XEN 60
An all levels heated set series that works your entire body in 60 minutes. The class will begin with a breathing exercise followed by 26 healing postures completed twice. Those 26 postures will consist of 30 minutes of a standard standing series followed by 30 minutes of a standard floor series. The class will end with one more breathing exercise to calm the body and mind.
HOT XEN 90
A 90 minute version of XEN HOT 60. An all levels heated set series that works your entire body in 90 minutes.
XEN fit is designed for all ages and fitness levels. The class is designed to build strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, and core through a variety of intense intervals and functional movements.
XEN FREE FLOW
An all levels 75-minute heated class that focuses on the freedom & commitment of having a yoga practice. Each instructor will accommodate their sequence to the comfort of their students. If there are advanced students in this class, they are free to take their practice as deep as they’d like to. Join us & Gain Everything!
An all levels Yin yoga class designed to prepare you for rest & relaxation. This hour long seated class is the perfect way to end your day. The room lit only by candlelight, invites you into a deep, restorative and freeing state. This type of practice incorporates longer, more passive holds. Yin yoga is a slow-paced form of yoga that consists of postures or asana that are held for longer periods of time. In this class, you will let go of tensions stored in the body and calm the nervous system.
